PTO DUTIES AND TEAMS
The PTO consist of parents, legal guardians, and teachers.
At Imagine Charter at Plantation PTO we have three major areas:

PTO Board Members + PTO Chairs + PTO Room Parents
​
The PTO BOARD consist of an elected group of parents and community members who are responsible for organizing and overseeing fundraising , social events, and some educational projects. It is responsible of the PTOs financial success, and the approval of elect community replacements when a member’s term expires.
​
PTO CHAIRS are in charge of taking leadership roles.
All the events need someone to set goals, gather paperwork, be in charge of the logistic, and the overall success!
​
ROOM PARENTS are a liaison between the PTO Board and each classroom.
This is an optional position.

MEETINGS
Make your voice count!
GENERAL PTO MEETINGS are open to all PTO members.
Those who pay PTO due are automatically PTO members.
All PTO members have the right to vote.

By attending our General PTO Meetings,
a family gets an automatic 2 hours of volunteering work plus a bonus dress down day for your children!
