IMAGINE PLANTATION PTO, a partnership between parents, legal guardians and teachers, is dedicated to improving and enriching the Imagine Plantation School experience for current and future students.

Through the school year, the PTO's purpose is to organize events that enhance the academic experience for our students and teachers.

In addition, the PTO supports the staff's efforts in keeping a safe educational environment.

 

Listed below are just a few things we have accomplished throughout the years:

 

• New technology: Laptops

• Purchasing of educational & supplemental materials

• Maintaining the Keep n Track System which does background checks on all visitors and volunteers entering the school.

• iPad or prize(s) for students that complete the Summer Packet 

• Stipends: Annual beginning of the year Teacher's Classroom supplies

• 100 new chairs for reception hall/lunch area

• In house field trips for science & art such as High Tech High Touch & Arty Van Gogh

• Standardized testing survival kit for students in the spring

• Lice Checks

• Welcome Back to School Teachers and Staff Breakfast

• Scholastic Book Fair

• Student Book Exchange

• Welcoming Breakfast / Boo Hoo Coffee / to celebrate New Imagine Plantation Families

• Teachers Appreciation Week

• Thanksgiving Luncheon for Teachers and Staff

• Ice Cream Wednesday - Fund Raising Event

• Pizza Friday - Fund Raising Event

• Color Run - Fund Raising Event

• End of the Year Teachers and Staff Luncheon

 

Each Family is required to pay PTO DUES each school year and complete 30 hours of volunteer service.
